By what dates should I respond?

Please let us know if you will be attending by October 4, 2026 by filling out the form under RSVP section of our website. Don’t forget to fill out your meal selection while you are there too!

What time should I arrive?

Guests are encouraged to arrive by 4:00 p.m. The ceremony will begin at 4:30 p.m.

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

The wedding ceremony itself will be outdoors. Wedding reception will be both indoors and outdoors. Buffet dinner will be indoors.

What is the dress attire?

Dress is suits or jackets for men; dresses for women

Please note the ceremony and reception include outdoor elements – comfortable shoes are recommended

October in Sedona is typically mild during the days with cooler evenings. We recommend a light jacket for after sunset

Will transportation be provided?

Transportation will not be provided. Rideshare services (Uber and Lyft) are readily available in Sedona.

Where will I stay?

We have reserved room blocks at two nearby hotels as well as provided additional hotel information for those not interested in staying at the wedding hotels. Please see the Accommodations section of our website for details.

Can I bring a plus-one guest?

Yes you may but please let us know the name and meal selection
